ExitPops is provided as is. We are not responsible for downtime, problems on your site, or any effect the script has on your pages. You are responsible for what you choose to show your visitors.

No guarantee of results

ExitPops gives you a way to show a message to visitors who are leaving. We do not promise more sales, more conversions, or any specific outcome. Any figures we use are for illustration only.

Your content

You own the messages, coupons, and links you create. You agree not to use ExitPops for anything unlawful or deceptive.
